Despite the much increased workload during the back-to-school season TutorZ pays special attention to each customer and aims at solving every problem. Out of hundreds of recent interaction with parents, students and tutors I like to highlight three of them.
“You provide a really good and valuable service.”
— Ken Lu, New York, NY
Ken is a fellow programmer who pointed out a few bugs on our site. (Thank you!) and asked for the feature to directly buy jobs. During this interaction Ken wrote:
“You provide a really good and valuable service. I would like to pay more to you in order to get more jobs from your service.”
“Your organizational format is MOST efficient and effective”
— John Floyd, Paducah, KY
John is a new tutor on TutorZ and asked detailed questions how to get the most out of our site. In his email responses he was not short on praise:
“Thanks so much for writing, Dirk, and for your help on the phone just yesterday, John.”
“I very much appreciate your connecting these remote locations for the on-line activity.”
“Yes, I am looking forward to working under your good organization.”
“your site and organizational format is MOST efficient and effective and, as a programmer myself, I especially appreciate your thought.”
“I will take all you advice and help, as I know that you know what you are doing, and you are doing it very well!”
“I am very honored.”
— Susan C, Kissimmee, FL
Susan and I had a lengthy discussion on why the salutation “Mrs.” and “Miss” does not suffice. Here is my publication explaining the differences of Ms. Mrs. and Miss. Needless to say Susan C. was not only impressed by our personal attention but also became a friend.
I wrote to Susan: “Because you seem to be a very special tutor we have put the “Ms.” in our software. – To this Susan replied “I am very honored [you changed your software as a result of our discussion.]
Thank you Ken, John and Susan for your sincere testimonial. We are proud to serve our parents, students and tutors with excellence.
Dirk
