College Algebra - Dyscalculia in Carmel, IN

Hi, Love your approach! My son, Jason, is taking college algebra for the third time. Dyslexia is on both sides of his family. I had him tested in elementary school and was told he wasn't dyslexia. He did very well in school up until his first algebra class in 7th grade, and it's been an increasing challenge ever since, with his self esteem taking a real beating. In doing some additional research, we think he probably has some form of dyscalculia but he has not been formally tested. We live here in Carmel. He is enrolled at Ivy Tech, and attends his Algebra class at the Carmel location on Monday mornings (8-11am). What do you think? Can help to turn this "light bulb" on for him? Most sincerely, C.
