Hi Karen, I'm looking for a tutor who can help me with English writing. I need a person who can answer subtle grammatical questions. There are a few things I need to mention: - My affiliation. I'm currently a faculty member in Engineering at Merced. So if you are currently attending UC Merced as a student, I won't feel comfortable with having you as my tutor. - My questions. Examples include "what happens if I change this sentence in this way?", Usage of articles, and so on. - I'm wondering if you will be willing to do online tutoring perhaps somewhat non-standard. For example, we create a shared Google doc where I write some questions, and you answer them. These questions are not urgent, so you can take your time and write at your best convenience. As long as they are answered within a few days, I would be happy. If you think it would be easier to explain over phone, that's also fine. You just count the total approximate amount of time you spent, and I pay for that. If you are interested in this tutor job, please let me know. If you are not available, I would appreciate it if you could recommend another tutor who will be willing to do this job. Best, S.
