German in Orlando, FL

Hi, I am looking for a German tutor for my daughter who is almost 6 years old. I grew up in Germany and am fluent but like a lot of native speakers I am not really a good teacher. My daughter understands some German but needs to learn the grammar. Following questions: 1. Do you do house visits? I prefer having a teacher in person than Skype lessons. 2. I assume you have the necessary teaching material? 3. What are your rates? 4. Do you offer lessons on the weekend? I live in 32836. Regards
