My strongest subjects are all things Philosophy and English, but I am highly qualified in Psychology, French, Spanish, American and English Literature, and Web Development using HTML, CSS, and JS.

I focus on understanding and teaching in a fun conversational manner. When a student truly understands something, and it's learned in a lively way, it becomes part of them and any test can be done as if drawing from their own life story rather than memorized fact.

About Me:

During my undergrad at The American University of Paris, I tutored in writing, English, Psychology, and Philosophy (the latter two being my majors). After graduating, I became a certified TEFL instructor and moved from Paris to Biarritz. I spent the following year doing a combination of online and in person teaching in both one on one and class formats. I taught a range of individuals aged 15-72 from Spain, France, Italy, Germany, and Portugal. My lessons were in conversational English, Business English, and Test prep for TESOL and the SAT.

After Biarritz I moved to Birmingham, United Kingdom where I undertook a MA in Philosophy with a focus on Ethics and Philosophy of Religion. According to the REF rankings 2021, the philosophy department at my university was ranked 1st in the UK, outcompeting both Oxford and Cambridge.
