"As a fourth-year medical student at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, I bring a strong academic foundation and a passion for education and mentorship. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with departmental honors from Wayne State University and have successfully completed and performed well on the USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams, reflecting my dedication to academic excellence. During my undergraduate years, I worked as a certified College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) tutor at the Academic Success Center (ASC), where I developed a student-centered teaching philosophy that places learners in the “driver’s seat.” This approach empowers students to build independence and confidence as they master challenging material.
