"I hold a BS in Biochemistry, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the sciences, and I am currently a fourth-year medical student. I maintained a 3.80 GPA in undergraduate and am currently top of my medical school class. I passed Step 1 on my first try and scored in the 250s on Step 2. My academic background equips me with a deep understanding of complex biological concepts, allowing me to effectively convey intricate material to my students. Additionally, my medical training has honed my communication skills and my ability to explain challenging topics in a clear and relatable way. This combination of knowledge and experience enables me to create engaging lessons that not only help students excel academically but also inspire a genuine interest in the sciences.

I have tutored medical students in anatomy for about 1 year, mainly in small group setting. Additionally, I have been tutoring in high school level english and writing for 4 years. I have received high grades (mostly honors) throughout my medical school education and was selected to be a tutor for gross anatomy. I also have about 2 years of experience of conducting student interviews for my medical schools admission committee. Each interview was with 2-3 students and I created a welcoming and safe environment for interviewees. With this experience, I can conduct mock interviews and provide strong feedback for those interviewing for medical schools. I also am interviewing for residency positions in the medical field so have a lot of experience and practice and would like to help future medical students prepare for their interviews.
