"I am a Nursing student at UC Irvine. I have a passion for learning and have taken several STEM courses. I have learned that I love to help fellow students in their own academic journey.

During my time at community college, I tutored Anatomy, Physiology, and Organic Chemistry. I currently tutor Anatomy at UCI and assist with the course development. I took the ATI TEAS exam for applying to other nursing schools.

I have played guitar for 8 years and specialize in fingerstyle. I perform on a regular basis and am in a band.

Learning is a process. That is something I emphasize with all of the students I work with. Much like how learning how to a trick on a skateboard takes several tries to learn how to do, understanding difficult concepts and mastering dense material takes time and effort.

My heart goes out to all of the non traditional college students. I know first hand how crazy life can be at times and how difficult it can be to balance school with your health or other life stressors. It warms my heart to be able to help others facing similar struggles.

Regardless of what stage of life you are in, I am sure I can provide guidance whether it be for your STEM course, test prep, applying to universities, music, etc.
