"Hi! I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with both my Master's and Bachelor's in English. I also just graduated with my Master's in ESL Teaching and I am now currently finishing up my multiple subject credential. During my long journey of college, I fell in love with the concept of teaching and being able to help others learn difficult subjects, including subjects like English. Whereas English was easy for me to learn, college made me aware of the fact that English is one of the hardest languages to learn and is often the one subject that college students, high school students, and even elementary students, struggle to attain and fully grasp. I want to therefore be able to help students who struggle in this area and be able to overcome educational barriers.

I have been tutoring since 2016 and have loved it so much! I have helped college students with different subjects like History, Sociology, and so much more. I have helped college students with things like writing essays, editing, planning, learning grammar, and even prepping for exams. I also have about 5 years of experience teaching international students and love to teach them English to be able to have as a second language.

My current journey consists of teaching Elementary students as I currently work with TK-4th grade students. I specialize with teaching topics such as grammar, phonics, reading, math, science, and so much more!
