"I'm Cat! I am a current medical student (MD) and I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and a music minor in Piano Performance. I hope to use my expertise to help pre-medical students reach their goals, whether it be through helping writing personal statements or tutoring the MCAT (my score was 523). Starting my sophomore year and ending at my senior year, I have been a TA for: General Biology, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry. My role was to tutor students, as TAs would have office hours, and to help set up the labs and grade work. I would work directly with students either in small groups during the labs, or one-on-one during office hour tutoring. With this experience, I hope to help as many people as possible understand the material! I am comfortable tutoring any of the MCAT sections, as well as any of the following college courses: Gen Chem, OChem, Biochem, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Microbiology. I am also able to help with personal statement writing and general pre-medical advice.
