Patience, persistence and purpose defines my approach to working with people. I prefer a methodical approach to teaching individuals how to define their success and prosper independently. I focus on helping adults students with case studies involving business-related projects, communications, organizational behavior, business feasibility studies, market research, product cost-benefit analysis, issues related to human resources, financial planning and investment management challenges.

Prior to retiring, I was a successful business owner - a founding management member/equity owner of an advisory firm that focused on behavioral psychology to identify investment opportunities. For over 11 years, I provided clients with the technical knowledge they needed to make good decisions. I mentored employees encouraging them to grow and challenge themselves. It was a very rewarding experience.
