"My name is Chris and I’ve been a teacher for 4 years. I am was born and raised in Schenectady. I went to Schenectady High School (I graduated class of 2016). I went to Niagara University where I earned a B.A in Spanish Education & Latin American and Caribbean Studies with a minor in Literacy Studies (class of 2020). I also studied the Spanish language & cultural studies at Universidad Veritas in San Jose, Costa Rica (Spring 2019). Now, I am currently earning my master degree in Curriculum Development & Instructional Technology from University at Albnay( class of 2023). I am a proud brother, son and uncle and family values means everything to me! I’d love Spanish and learning language is such an empowering experience. I have a 99% passing rate as a teacher. I scored I. The top percentile in NYS Spanish certification exam and I am an active interpreter on the side when I’m not teaching or studying. I am engaging and effective and make meaningful connections with students to help them improve.

Do route my time as a college student I worked in various school settings where I helped students with handwriting. I understand that some people‘s hand writing is a direct result of a learning disability. I fun and engaging activities to allow students to improve their handwriting so that their Penmanship is something they are proud of Penmanship is something they are proud of.

I am currently working with the organization called AVID Which provides students with study habits that will prepare them for college. Moreover I have been helping classmates through tutoring since I was 16 years old. There are tried and true strategies that work for students and I’m always glad to share my expertise
