"My name is Valerie, and I am a 35 yr old mother of two. My husband and I will have been married 12 years in Sept. I have engaged in numerous tutoring positions in the past, specifically in the areas of anatomy and physiology, chemistry, biochemistry and algebra. I am currently employed as a quality lab manager, and I also oversee all research and development. We specialize in compostable consumable products, like straws, cutlery and 3D filament. My research into developing a product that is both compostable AND dishwasher safe is so successful that it is currently in the process of being patented. I LOVE science. My specialty is Biology, but I minored in Chemistry, and that has helped me tremendously in my professional career. Before I made the move to my current job, I worked in a hospital lab. I was responsible for managing the microbiology department after hours, in addition to being the person of authority for all specialty testing and send outs.
