"Hi, I'm Eustace! I'm currently a scientist and an adjunct instructor at a university in NJ. My highest education qualification is a PhD in Environmental Microbiology. My bachelor degree is a first-class honors in Biotechnology. In addition, I have a postgraduate diploma in teaching methods in academic instruction for biology/biotechnology university undergraduate students. I currently have more than 6 years of continuous experience in teaching students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
As an experienced university teacher, I strongly believe in the ability of student-centered learning to develop key and core academic skills within students. All of my teaching methodologies, instruction and lesson materials are geared towards an objective-based learning experience for the students. I make an extra effort to clarify difficult concepts in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology and microbiology, to the student. Making the lessons as enjoyable and interactive as possible is one of my priorities in any lesson I deliver. In addition, I'm a strong believer of objective-based learning. To this end student's progress is time to time assessed qualitatively and quantitatively using short formative assessments. I'm also very flexible and accommodating in terms of student's needs so that the student's learning experience could be tailor-made to suit their specific needs within the subject areas I teach.
I make every effort to respond to any student who is interested in receiving lessons in biology, biochemistry, microbiology or biotechnology, within the shortest possible time (typically within 24 hours)." less...
