Creating plans of study for students in a effort to render their highest academic success is my expertise. Before becoming an academic coach, I was a volunteer tutor for over ten years for grades second through seventh grades. Over the last three years, I have tutored elementary through high school students in study skills which has enabled students to better organize their studies. I have found a need for my services in other areas such as critical thinking skills, homework management, reading comprehension, test taking strategies, as well as, focus and attention strategies. I also provide consultations with families on ways to assure the best academic success for their students through recommending school, community or statewide available programs and scholarships. As early as junior high school, your student's future educational goals can be identified and support provided in preparation for a trade career or college.

As a certified teacher and M.B.A, I have taught students in the areas of business to include sales, marketing, management, personal finance and entrepreneurship. I have over thirty years of corporate and small business ownership experience. I love teaching, tutoring and academic coaching because it gives me the opportunity to identify how a student learns and to create a system which assures a student's academic success.
