"My name is Kathryn and I have been tutoring for nearly 12 years. When I was in 5th grade, my math teacher asked if I would be willing to tutor a 2nd grader. I eagerly said yes and have been tutoring ever since. I have volunteered at multiple different after school programs serving as an academic mentor to underprivileged elementary and middle schoolers. I have worked at Oaks Christian High school tutoring a wide variety of subjects. I have tutored at Pepperdine University coaching college students through complex calculus problems. I taken my expertise and developed my own tutoring company, Focus and Flourishing Learning.

My passions for tutoring has taken me on an amazing journey thus far and I am excited to see where this will lead. I absolutely love what I do and being an academic coach.
