My passion in education is:

Understanding each students abilities and learning processes and most of all giving students the motivation to feel confident when learning! I truly enjoy simplifying content in the difficult subject areas, using multisensory techniques, hands on learning and Project Based Learning to expand a students knowledge!

I have a wholistic approach to any subject area but especially Math and (STEM) Science!

MAKING MATH FUN!!!

I use project based learning games for math concepts using state and national standards.

Learning should be fun and innovative, using individual students creativity and learning styles to obtain math concepts.

I have taught all subjects for 20 years from 3rd grade to currently teaching math as a professor at Maricopa Community colleges

My love for Science is more than just teaching but it is about understanding, and exploring how living things cycle and connect. I connect students by creating hands on, tactile projects to learn and understand the processes. This passion came from obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-genetics from Arizona State University has given me this passion and I love paying my knowledge forward.
