Over the years, I have led 100+ classes to employees of Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, as well as unemployed individuals. I usually have an initial call to understand the needs and objectives of each student. I prefer one-on-one remote classes. I find this structure really gives us the opportunity to deeply explore subject matter. Also I find it very effective to offer several class sessions lasting 1 to 2 hours. This avoids student fatigue, as well as gives us the opportunity to review topics from the previous class to help create deeper understanding.
