Thank you for stopping by. I hold a dual major in Accounting and Finance from The University of Wisconsin and currently work as a Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to this, I spent three years at Deloitte, specializing in assurance services, where I conducted external audits for Fortune 500 companies. I am a licensed CPA and am currently pursuing my CFA designation, having passed Level 2.

In Accounting, I have a strong grasp of debit/credit transactions, journal entries, trial balances, financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement), intermediate and advanced accounting topics, as well as other complex areas.

In Finance, I specialize in corporate finance, investment analysis, NPV/IRR calculations, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, LBO modeling, 3-statement modeling, and various valuation techniques.

Additionally, I have extensive Real Estate expertise, including pro-forma modeling, waterfall structures, underwriting, mortgage calculations, and return metrics like IRR and NPV for both debt and equity investors.
