Few of us have been taught how to handle this important interaction, though all of us are interviewed from time to time. I can tell you that once you understand that the interviewer also has a lot riding on meeting you as well, you'll be able to share the spotlight with the other person in the conversation. Of course we'll try some mock interviewing along with my critiquing.
