"I'm a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, where I studied Neuroscience (B.S.), Chemistry, and Creative Writing. I'm passionate about tutoring students in test prep, Chemistry, Psychology, and English. I have experience working with students who are neurodiverse and understand how students study and learn differently, being neurodivergent myself (ADHD). I have been teaching for over 5 years and started tutoring when I was in high school. I enjoy learning about where students come from, how their backgrounds affect their learning style, and what they enjoy learning about.

I've taught anywhere from elementary schoolers to even college-aged students, both in a classroom setting or one and one. A lot of this has been volunteer experience through the Boys and Girls Club or YMCA (afterschool programs), so I understand the difficulty that students might have focusing and learning after a long school day, and I want to make learning interesting. I have a 1520 SAT, 34 ACT, and a 1490 PSAT, which makes me passionate about standardized test prep; I really enjoy teaching English and Reading sections of standardized tests, but I've tutored all sections in the past.
