"Hi there! My name is Max, and I am a current junior at Emory University, studying Finance with Philosophy, Politics, and Law on a full, merit-based scholarship as a Goizueta Scholar.

I graduated as the Valedictorian of my high school in Boca Raton, Florida with a 4.00 Unweighted GPA and a 5.67 Weighted GPA. I also scored a 35 on the ACT (36 Math, 35 English, 35 Science, 35 Reading). Currently, I maintain a 3.98 GPA at Emory and am involved with a series of finance-related clubs on campus.

Over the past 14 months, I have helped tutor over 15 students from 6th grade to 12th grade (ages 11 to 18), focusing on mathematics, ACT/SAT preparation, and resume review. I have experience tutoring students within Emory's Goizueta Business School, local Atlanta high schools, and public schools in South Florida. My tutoring sessions are typically done remotely, ensuring flexibility and convenience for my students. As somebody who has a passion for academics, I truly enjoy tutoring and helping students feel prepared in their courses. I have plenty of availability and respond very quickly to students.

My teaching style is patient and personalized, typically working one-on-one with students looking for a private tutor. I provide worksheets and materials before each, which we discuss during the session to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. After the lessons, I like to provide parents with a review of the topics that were discussed, so they understand what their child is working on.
