"I specialize in helping adults and teens develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve self-sufficiency in understanding research publications, crafting sound written arguments, comprehending psychology concepts including biopsychology, and learning English. As much as I love learning new subjects, what I love even more is getting to know my students, their learning styles, and how to design strategies that work for them.
My background includes conducting research with people experiencing severe mental illness. I use my firsthand experience conducting research as well as my personal experience working with people with severe mental illness to inform how I tutor research methods and psychology content.
