"I am a youthful retired teacher with over 40 years of successful classroom experience. My educational philosophy is that learning is fun, or should be. My experience includes Middle School, High School, and College. My specialty is education in the classics: Latin, Classical and Biblical Greek, and the history and literature of the period. Another subject I enjoy tutoring is math, most levels through Algebra 2. If you need assistance preparing for SAT and ACT English, Math, or subject tests, I can help you attain the scores you need. I can also help with AP subjects, especially Latin, where I can offer much expertise translating Caesar, Vergil, and other classical authors. For students who have to deal with ADD or ADHD, I will be a good tutor for you, not because I've had any special training, but because I've had to deal with it myself all my life.
