"Hello! My name is Cassie M and I am very excited to be your tutor! I have my professional certification in teaching agriculture education. With that covers a variety of science and math concepts. I have taught in both the private and public schools. Some of the many courses I’ve taught include biology, marine science, intro to agriculture, veterinary science, and plant science. I have my veterinary technician certification as well. Animals are my passion and I love teaching about them.

My family and I own a small farm where we raise goats, rabbits, and chickens. My last school was a BOCES and I helped establish a farm on campus for students to run.

My teaching style is a lot of hands on application. I like to begin by getting to know my students interests, what they want to learn, and what teaching methods best suit them. A typical lesson will include some notes, an activity or lab, and then a short review of what we’ve learned.
