I usually have at least a pass rate of 90% of my classes or more passing on the FSA EOC. I have been recognized by the FDOE as High Impact teacher being in the top 15% as a highly effective teacher for several years. I also have been a winner several times of the Florida “Best and Brightest” educator scholarship. And lastly, I was also teacher of the year in the charter school network in 2018.
Education wise I most recently graduated from St. Thomas University with a Masters of Science in Educational Leadership in 2016. Before that, I was a student at Florida Atlantic University where I graduated in 2008 obtaining a Bachelors in Arts & Humanities: Interdisciplinary Studies. I attended American Senior High School in Miami, Fl and graduated in 2003.

I like to use real-world situations, analogies, movies, life experiences, lots of lecturing (lol seriously, if your hard-headed), sarcasm, lots of ESPN and sports references, and any other interesting point possible to create a connection and relationship which I can use as a bridge to teach you math. I do NOT need you like math, I will require that you to give me your all and full effort (Plus Ultra), be open-minded, and I guarantee you will become better. You will probably still feel the same way, but you will also be confident, grow, and be able to comprehend what is asked of you. If I don’t make you better at math, hopefully I make you a better person at least since I believe in building character, the person, and having them grow. Hopefully I can be an asset to you!" less...
