"This is my fifth year as a classroom teacher. I have taught AP Psychology for the last four years and have taught Introduction to Psychology for the last five. I'm very passionate about teaching psychology, because I believe that psychology plays a vast role in our every day lives.

The reason I decided to get involved with tutoring is due to the fact that I believe every student has an opportunity to experience success in every class. By utilizing efficient study techniques, finding ways to more effectively utilize time spent studying, the majority of my students have experienced higher levels of success than they initially thought possible.

I have been teaching AP Psychology for the past four years. My first experiences learning about psychology were in high school and while completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. Completing coursework that has included social psychology, developmental psychology, sports psychology, abnormal psychology and educational psychology, has given me a wide range of experiences that I enjoy incorporating into my classroom teaching. I take great pride in being able to teach my students in a way that focuses on helping students develop the necessary study skills prepare them for success on the AP Psychology exam each spring.
