"After completing my B.S.B.A. from Robert Morris University in May 1990, the marketing manager and my mentor at my first job out of college took me under her wing. I started out writing technical proposals, case studies, products sheets and advertisements; as well as editing technical reports, and co-authoring regulatory handbooks for the environmental consulting and engineering industry. From then on, I was hooked and obtained a professional writing certificate from Robert Morris in May 1994.

I have been mentoring up-and-coming writers ever since. In the past 25 years of my award-winning experience, I have learned that I have a unique gift for not only communicating technical information for non-technical audiences, but also successfully performing direct response marketing for non-traditional direct response marketing businesses.
