I am currently a full-time student pursuing a self-made major in creative writing and psychology, which combines my love for storytelling with an understanding of human behavior. In addition, I was honored as the Nevada Youth Poet Laureate in 2024 and have had my work published in a literary magazine, further solidifying my expertise in creative and academic writing.

I have extensive experience working one-on-one with students from diverse backgrounds. While working at a college writing center, I became familiar with what professors look for in academic writing, helping students improve their essays, research papers, and other assignments. I also have experience tutoring Deaf students and students with disabilities, which has deepened my ability to create accessible and individualized learning environments. My approach is highly collaborative, focusing on meeting students where they are and building their confidence step by step. I emphasize brainstorming, organizing ideas, and refining grammar, all while encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

Beyond tutoring, I’ve taught writing in various capacities, including peer programs, freelance projects, and informal settings with students ranging from high school to college.
