"Hi, my name is Doug Warner. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. I am a certified ACSM CPT I have spent 40 plus years in the industry. As a personal trainer the knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition are paramount to my success. My experience brings with it much more than is learned in books. I specialize in NASM (CPT & PES), ACSM, and ACE certifications with a 100% first time pass rate with all students I have tutored!

I personally practice what I preach winning two masters weightlifting championships. (2016 American Masters Weightlifting Championships, the 2017 Masters Pacific Rim Weightlifting Championship, and the 2017 Masters World Cup Championships.) I have been involved in fitness and health continuing to study the latest trends and research in both throughout my adult life. Currently I am retired which brings a great deal of flexibility to my life.

My teaching style covers the three areas of neurolinguistic programming (auditory, visual, and kinesthetic) which contributes highly to my success as a tutor. I challenge students to make sure they are not only learning the subject material but as well get them motivated and involved in the process. I have had great success with late high school through adult learners, utilizing my techniques and style. I consider myself not only as a tutor but as well a mentor.
