"I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Applied Mathematics and a concentration in Economics. Ever since high school, I've had a passion for education and tutoring. I was a private tutor for several elementary-high school students to prepare them for their Science Olympiad tournaments at Caltech, the ACT/SAT, the GATE test exam and algebra courses. I also worked at Eye Level Learning center and assisted in teaching classes and grading papers. I've earned a perfect 36 on both sections of the reading and writing portion of the ACT and I'm happy to share my tips as well!

My teaching philosophies are that learning should be fun, not a chore and that knowledge is power! I try to ensure that my students are truly learning concepts and not memorizing answers so they can see how what they're learning applies to the real world. I'll also provide notes and book recommendations so they can reference this before an exam.
