"Hello! My name is Roberto; I was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on April 20th, 1977. My primary education was formed within the public schools of this island. After graduating from High School I began my studies of education in the University of Puerto Rico. After a year, I left school to dedicate myself to business. I administered a bakery for six years, and after this returned to school. I continued my studies at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in means of becoming a teacher, and graduated in June, 2004.

A year later, I moved to a bigger city to teach English to students in a private institute. The curriculum was facilitated by the institute and the differences were mainly focused in the career the group of students was completing.

I’ve seen the importance of bonding educational content with social-psychology methods to achieve the best outcome in the teaching-learning process.
These experiences highly motivated me in completing my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. This has giving me the opportunity of forming part of an Organizational Health Committee at various schools which gives value to my understandings of numerous educational needs and its solution-process in development.
Today, I'm a specialized bilingual educator who thrives to encourage others in reaching suc" less...
