"I have always enjoyed teaching at graduate, post graduate and higher levels. I also have experience at the level of providing training to Pre-Medical Students in pursue of biomedical school. I have also mentored summer students at National Institutes of Health and helped them in the research problems and providing basic information about scientific abilities and how to move forward. I have always believed in team work and has always welcomed the approach to help the students, Technicians, Postdoc in different projects. As far as the basic teaching is concerned, My Philosophy is simple, to make sure the students understand about various dimensions of Knowledge. Time-consuming lower-level fact instruction at earlier stages will contribute to and guarantee higher-level thinking. Without assessment of lower-level thinking (that is, the student’s knowledge base and comprehension) at student’s earlier stages, instructors may not know whether students are well equipped to advance to concepts that require higher-level thinking and how far the students could go.
