"I am a medical student and graduate from University of California, Riverside with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. I have taken numerous medicine and science courses throughout my time and excelled in them. My method of instruction involves preparing a lesson plan and providing the student with a set notes taken in front of the student and explained in great detail. I like to engage the student while I teach them in order to gauge their understanding of the topic. If I feel that they aren't understanding my explanation then I change my approach to better fit their learning style. I also utilize outside resources that I feel may be advantageous and most importantly, I communicate with my students and ask them if they need clarification on anything. I make it a priority to provide simple, easy-to-understand yet effective explanations so the student can easily learn the topic. When I feel that the student has understood the material, I provide them with practice questions in order to truly test their understanding and see which areas still need improvement. I believe money should not be factor when seeking education, so I try to keep my rate low and affordable!

I have taken Calculus in college and passed with A's. I have a strong understanding as I have done well in Calculus during college and high school.

As a Biology graduate, I have taken a number of grueling science courses such as Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, and Microbiology, doing very well in them. Additionally, as a medical student, I had to master these subjects in order to do well on the MCAT so I believe I have a strong foundation. I have also completed COMLEX and USMLE board exams with high scores.
