I have a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition and I am Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. I have a passion for how nutrition impacts health, and have my own practice where I help clients achieve optimal health through diet and therapeutic nutritional interventions.

I have a deep understanding of nutrition from basic concepts thru complex how nutrients impact our bodies at the biochemical level. Additionally, I am trained in nutrigenomics.

My goal is to help nutrition students gain a deeper understanding of their studies and to pass along my passion for nutrition and functional health to others!
