I provide mathematics tutoring for Algebra through Calculus I/AB, and standardized tests including ACT, SAT, SSAT, PSAT, PRAXIS, and college/military entrance exams. I help students to learn the concept as well as the procedure, to build mathematical understanding not just "get the answer." I emphasize test-taking strategies and technological skills (graphing calculator, Desmos). I have taught students with many different learning styles and abilities at all ages 12 - 25+.

My experience includes being a high school teacher, adjunct college professor, and tutoring at homework centers and through my own business. I received a BA in Secondary Education Mathematics at The College of New Jersey, where I later returned to teach. I also received a MS in Meteorology at Penn State University where I received an award for my work teaching a summer course for high school students (Upward Bound Math and Science).
