I graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University. Throughout my time in college, I have tutored and helped my peers better understand the material, tackle exams, and pass their classes. In 2019, I began tutoring professionally and over the years I have maintained a 5 Star rating and have been turning out many successful students and satisfied parents. I primarily tutor in math and science, with Calculus and Chemistry being some of my top subjects.

A great instructor not only leads you to the solution, but helps you understand each step along the way. I use this philosophy in my tutoring, breaking down a problem until my students feel comfortable answering similar questions independently. In addition, I work diligently to provide extra resources outside of our sessions to ensure that my students can learn confidently. Through these methods, I'm able to help my students understand the more complex material they are currently learning and fill in any gaps that may have been left from previous classes, providing a stronger foundation to learn further.

In my tutoring sessions, I strive to provide a safe and relaxed environment where my students are not afraid to make mistakes or ask questions. My students and I engage in conversation about the questions and topics they are working on to encourage critical thinking and active learning. We will work through most questions together, but I always provide opportunities to solve problems independently to demonstrate understanding and uncover any potential confusion.
