"Greetings, my name is Dylan and I'm a 28-year-old who was born and raised here in Myrtle Creek. I have held a variety of jobs in the last 10 years. I went to community college for two years to study general education. I was a sales representative for Dell for a year where I was able to help customers purchase a computer that would fit their needs. After Dell moved out of Roseburg I started working with a phone order service where I placed many phone orders for customers shopping by Catalog or the internet. After about a year of that I moved into customer service for Nintendo where I worked for a total of 5 years. I was an advanced Wi-Fi technician where I could fix most issues for customers right over the phone. It would be much easier in person so that the nice customers would not have to stress out over the whole scenario but that just wasn't possible over the phone. I did a lot of troubleshooting for Nintendo gaming consoles and general questions in the gaming field. I was also entrusted with billing information to process part orders etc.

I had never really considered tutoring until a number of friends/family had mentioned that I was a great teacher and made learning new things very easy for them. I have always been the go-to person in the family anytime something technical is going wrong. My late Grandmother had me over at her house numerous times where I was more than happy to help her learn a new activity on the computer, likewise, I was happy to help her sort out the mishaps that can occur with being unfamiliar with certain programs or electronics.

My personal hobbies include Online gaming and listening to music. I have a lot of experience with video production. I have created gaming content of my own that reached over 4 million total views on youtube so I have extensive experience in dealing with the online community and developed very high tolerance and patience from the combination of jobs/online hobbies of mine.
