"I am a scientist who is extremely passionate about any subject in science and engineering, especially biology, applied mathematics, and data science. I'm in my third year of graduate school at Stanford working on my PhD in Bioengineering under Mark Davis. As a graduate student, I'm performing independent research using human immune organoids for vaccine testing. I'm happy to tutor immunology, or nearly anything else in the realm of science or math!

I love school, and both at Caltech and at Stanford I enrolled in difficult courses because I enjoy an academic challenge, achieving nearly perfect grades. For example, I finished quantum physics, computer algorithms, graduate-level chemical engineering thermodynamics, and machine learning courses all aside from my major in bioengineering. At Caltech I was a Barry Goldwater Scholar, and my Stanford PhD is funded by the National Science Foundation GRFP award.

I have tutored quantitative subjects for the past 8 years, including engineering mathematics, chemistry, physics, and computer science in java, python, C++, or matlab. I have also acted as a course assistant at Stanford and Caltech for courses in molecular biology, systems biology, and data analysis on high-performance computing clusters. Additionally, every summer I lead an 8-week biodesign course for high school students in the Bay Area. In this Stanford Bioengineering Bootcamp program, I guide students as they identify a clinical need and work in teams to prototype biodevice solutions.
