"My tutoring interests go all the way back to middle school. I helped my team members as the captain in Math Olympiad competitions. In high school, I completed all the AP calc as a sophomore and became a math TA in my junior year. I officially held office hours and tutored students from algebra to AP calc. After my junior year, I went to Caltech for my bachelor's degree. I involved myself with community out reach by tutoring high school students after hours in math and science. I stopped tutoring in graduate school, but in my current role, I found career mentoring renewed my passion for helping others achieve their goals.

I graduated Caltech undergrad and CMU graduate school with honors and full grant and scholarship. I have decades of experience in semiconductor industry and currently work as R&D engineer on projects time-to-market. I have mentored over 10 engineers during my career and received positive feedback.

My tutoring and mentoring style is customized by individuals problem areas. We will spend the first session identifying the problem and possible root causes, then we will formulate plans to tackle the root causes. In the end, you will know how to think about future complex problems in more than one perspective and how to manage each step.
