"I am going into my 32nd year of teaching full time with a BA in Social Studies and a minor in Government. For the past 19 years I have taught AP U.S Government and Politics in the classroom. This is my 3rd year of tutoring online. I truly believe that the ability I have had to build relationships with students either in person or online and the commitment I have had to take a personal investment in seeing them be successful as a student is the main reason they have been successful in comprehending the material of AP U.S. Government and scoring well on the College Board Exam.

I have an outgoing personality and seem to be able to communicate well with a variety of different types of students. I take great pride in my role as a teacher. I feel it is very important for students to have a strong understanding of U.S. government and politics since it can impact their daily life now and in the future.
