I am a freelance science and history writer, and have been tutoring real estate finance and real estate appraisal, science, math (prealgebra, algebra, basic math), English and writing. As a retired commercial industrial real estate appraiser and analyst, I have over 20 years experience in commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, medical and special use properties.
