I am a formally trained advanced-level tutor certified by the National Tutoring Association. I am patient, yet engaging, and provide an open, non-judgmental space for students to ask questions and learn. I am also a certified Student Coach specializing in helping students learn more about their learning preferences, how to manage stress, and increase their self-awareness.

I teach directly from the College Board’s AP Biology Course and Exam Description and help students focus in on preparing for the AP exam in May. My On-Demand Video Lecture Library provides full course support for students looking for professional lectures that can be accessed on your own schedule. There are over 55 video lectures in the full library (see website link for details) that break down concept topics with simple explanations and examples. I have many happy students who receive a bulk of their instruction from the Lecture Library which gives us more time to focus on practice questions and test taking strategies.

We can also work on essays of any kind including college and special program applications. I can also help with research proposals, resumes or cover letters, and PowerPoint presentations (College and Masters level writing included).
