"Hi, guys. My name is Ericka N. and I'm currently a Dyslexia Interventionist. I have been in education for over 23 years. I am very passionate about my career and love watching my students grow. I am certified in 1-8 grade ELAR, ESL, and Dyslexia. I truly understand that some students perform better with one-on-one instruction, it allows the tutor to assess the needs of the individual students in a less intimidating setting and for the student to be more comfortable.
I have tutored hundreds of students before and after school and as a result both parents and students were able to see substantial growth. Being in education for a vast amount of time has allowed me to grow as well, I have attended countless hours of trainings to stay abreast of changes in the educational system. I look forward to working with students in a one- on-one setting or small group instruction.
