"Hello! My name is Britini and my goal is to help all students thrive in all subjects! I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education and History from the College of New Jersey. This degree program provided me with a strong foundation in teaching methods, curriculum development, and assessment strategies. In addition to my degree, I have several years of teaching experience in grades K-4. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the common challenges and learning needs of students at this age. I am also a certified elementary educator in NJ, which means I have met all of the state's requirements for teaching at the elementary level.

In terms of my work experience, I have worked in both urban and suburban school districts, such as Newark and Hillsborough NJ.
