While I am new to Wyzant, I am not new to math tutoring. I am a certified Florida Math Teacher with 16 years of experience in a high school classroom, and 14 years of experience tutoring. The last four years I have successfully tutored students online both locally and abroad using the Zoom platform.

Geometry is the subject in which I have the most expertise in. I have been a part of the Geometry team at the Florida high school I work at for 15 years, and held the team lead for several years. I have also been a consultant for my school district on creating district wide Geometry assessments and a member of the district Geometry curriculum adoption committee. I have many tricks and hints I have learned over the years to help a student master the standards in their Geometry class.
