"I am a certified teacher with 11+ years of classroom experience. I have taught all grade levels between kindergarten and college. My certifications include Generalist Grades 4-8 (Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies), Special Education Grades EC-12, ESL Grades EC-12, and Dyslexia Specialist.

I love math and understanding how numbers work together. I strive to ensure my students can appreciate the art of math as well. I tutor math through Algebra 2 (including Geometry). Although I love manipulating numbers and inspiring this passion within my students, I also enjoy building the foundational reading skills that are essential for fluent reading and comprehension, including decoding text and the morphology of words.

I attended the University of Houston where I earned my B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration and my M.Ed. in Educational Psychology.
