"My background: I am a certified math teacher and have been tutoring privately for over 20 years. Additionally, I currently work for a local college as a tutor and adjunct Professor. My success as a tutor comes from my ability to explain material to a student in a way that the student can relate to, as well as being able to condense the material into manageable lessons for the student. I have worked with students of all ages, from elementary age through adult. I have prepared notes on most topics that I can provide to students, and I am always available by text or phone to help with questions on homework."
