"About Me:
I’m a passionate tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience since 2018, specializing in physics, astronomy, and all levels of math—from Algebra 1 to Calculus. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics and am certified as a high school physics teacher in both Texas and Tennessee. My goal is to help students not only grasp complex concepts but also build confidence in applying them to real-world situations.
I have experience teaching high school physics and University Physics 1 and 2. In astronomy, I enjoy teaching astrophysics and observational astronomy, usually at the high school level. I believe that understanding the world around us is key to personal growth, and I’m committed to helping students experience that growth.
Teaching Approach:
My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding the core concepts, applying them, and giving students the opportunity to practice. I tailor my approach to each student’s needs—whether they need help with specific assignments or a full lesson on a topic. I provide a flexible and interactive environment, making sure students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the material.
What You Can Expect:
Personalized lessons designed around your needs
Clear explanations and practice problems for effective learning
