"Hi friend, I’m Bhrea! I graduated from The University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. I am a serial entrepreneur as well as an Aerospace Engineer. I have been practicing in the STEM field for over 15 years, as Science and Math are both part of my passions. I enjoy problem solving and learning how to make something out of nothing. As the world continues to evolve, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) will always be important in our lives, and it is important to learn how to incorporate problem-solving skills into our lives as early as possible.

One of my strengths is that I listen to understand my student’s problem areas. I want to know your needs and not assume I automatically know what is best. Every person has a unique way of learning, I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. A special trait of mine is that I observe my student learning style. This can be visual, hands on, memory or hearing. Once I understand how my student best retains information, I tailor my lessons to them in their style.

I have a little over 8 years of experience practicing one-on-one tutoring in grades K-9. I specialize in individual tutoring sessions because they allow me to directly meet the needs of my students and provide the needed direct attention. I love to make learning fun & interesting! Education should give you a rush of adrenaline and a want to learn more. That is what I love most about learning in STEM, making the impossible, possible.
